This competition is open to anyone 18 years and over living in Sydney, Australia.  Employees of the Promoter/s, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are eligible to participate in the Promotion, however, are not eligible to win the prize.

This competition will commence at 20:00 AEST, Thursday 28th November 2019 and all entries must be received by competition close 23:59 AEST, Thursday 5th December 2019. The Promoter/s accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter/s by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

Entrants may tag as many unique accounts as they wish for additional entries but no entrant may win more than the allocated prize.

Prizes are subject to availability and must include twenty-one (21) days notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter/s reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

Party booking date to be on or between Saturday 11th January 2020 – Sunday June 14th 2020

The winner (1) will be selected by random computer generator at 10:00 AEST on Thursday 5th December 2019 in Narrabeen, Sydney and notified via Direct Message or Social Media Tag on the relevant Social Media post/s by Thursday 5th December by 21:00 AEST. Winning entry/account will be published in the results of the giveaway shortly thereafter on the contributing Business’ website news/blog.

If the prize is unclaimed (failure to advise a confirmed future party date) within 90 (ninety) days of the draw, it will become void.

Re-draw: Should the original winner fail to claim their prize within the 90 days allocated, a redraw shall take place in Narrabeen, Sydney on Thursday  5th March 2020 at 10:00 AEDT.

Entrants will keep the Promoter/s/s harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.  By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to the Promoter/s a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. 

By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter/s for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
